Available all year.
Mango stones are gathered once a year, after the summer harvest. We dry the kernels in season and store them, and our finished butter, so it stays fresh before and after the season. That lets us supply all year round, not only in the summer.

Stones are gathered after the harvest. The kernels are taken out and dried.

Stored · all year
Dried kernels and finished butter are kept in cool, dry, dark storage. The butter is packed in heat-sealed, airtight liners.

Shipped · all year
We process and ship in batches through the year, so an order does not wait for the next harvest.
